Our Journey
Operating since 2017, Pendlebury House was started by Director and Project Manager Phillip Button, who still runs the business today. Whilst working as a stockbroker he found a passion for the multi-faceted world of property refurbishment and renovation, so a new career chapter was born. Pendlebury House specialises in high-end refurbishment, experienced project management and bespoke joinery in London, working with Private Clients and Interior Designers.
Phillip personally oversees each project and has a hands-on approach ensuring that all projects are executed within the determined timeframe and budget.
Ethos
The projects that Pendlebury House engage are often run in tandem with an Interior Design team and we have worked with some of the most established interior design houses in London including House & Garden Pineapple Award winner Nicola Harding & Co, Charlotte Crosland Interiors, Gunter & Co, Sybil Colefax & John Fowler, Nina Campbell, Fleur Ward, Fiona Campbell and Lucarna. As the preferred luxury refurbishment company for Interior Designers we are approachable, professional and understand the challenging nature of both modern and traditional properties. All of our project success is unpinned by excellent communication, we pride ourselves on this being one of our greatest strengths as we know that a 360degree connected approach ensures a seamless renovation. We provide a uniquely personal service, our aim is always to ensure that every step of the refurbishment process is well considered, organised and an enjoyable experience for our clients.
The Team
The Pendlebury House team consists of a highly skilled crew who have all worked together since the company inception, with selected craftspeople joining as the business has grown. Our ethos has always been that a happy team creates an effective, organised and safe site environment and we recognise the importance of the personal wellbeing of our staff. Each team member knows that they have a vital role within every project and we work efficiently together making our client sites a harmonious and productive place of work. We have an exceptional team of men and women who each bring their own expertise and passion to every project, we know the dedication it takes to achieve the immaculate finish our clients' projects require.
